New FLADDER installation in an automatic line in Norway

A company in Norway who is manufacturing marine pumping systems recently installed a line with 2 FLADDER 200/GYRO finishing and deburring machines.

According to customers specifications the FLADDER GYRO machines may be delivered with the possibility to be controlled externally and is easy to install.

Thus, the 2 FLADDER machines have been delivered in order to be integrated in an automatic line together with a robot, which loads and unloads the samples.

The workpieces are placed on the conveyor belt of the FLADDER 200/GYRO by the robot to be finished on the topside first.

Then a device flips the workpiece and pass it on to the second FLADDER 200/GYRO for finishing of the backside.

Finally the robot removes the finished workpiece and stacks it.
