The abrasive tool is specifically optimized for use in the machines offered by Fladder Danmark A/S.
The abrasive cylinders are used as deburring tools, tools for surface finish, denibbing tools and tools for lacquer sanding.
The abrasive cylinders are made in different length, grit sizes, diameter and density.
By using these parameters the abrasive cylinders can be made suitable for many purposes.
Here are some examples:
- As deburring tools working on flat parts or even 3D parts
- As wood finishing tool for flat surfaces as well as profiled parts like kitchen cabinet doors.
- As preparation for coating the surface for better bonding.
Furthermore tools are offered to remove oxides and/or dross/slags.
