Automation of FLADDER® Deburring Machines.

The standard installed PLC control in FLADDER automatic deburring machines allows for easy integration with pick-and-place robot solutions.

Below is an example where two FLADDER machines have been delivered to be integrated into an automatic line together with a robot that places parts at the inlet and removes them at the machine's outlet.
The parts are placed on the FLADDER 200/GYRO's conveyor belt by the robot for initial processing on the top side.
Then, a unit flips the part and transports it to the other FLADDER 200/GYRO for finishing the underside.
Finally, the robot removes the finished part and stacks it.
