A section-based machine configured according to the number of processes.

In the displayed machine, three sections have been selected: A – B – C.

The machine is designed with large sliding doors, ensuring the best possible access to the machine's interior for tool changes,
maintenance, and cleaning.

The first section is equipped with programmable milling modules capable of milling the desired beam edges on 1, 2, 3, or all 4 corners.

The next two sections are equipped with sanding modules, where our Lock-it™ spindles are fitted with Ø400 mm FLADDER® sanding cylinders,
which can smooth the four flat sides.

Each processing unit is mounted on a movable arm guided by an actuator, which determines the unit’s position in relation to the workpiece.

The machine can be supplied with programming options and, as an option, equipped with a program selector, making program changes straightforward
